Workforce Investment Scholarship
The University Area CDC has developed a workforce initiative to assist individuals interested in becoming essential workers with financial assistance. Scholarship eligibility requirements are listed below:
- Student pays a $250 deposit that will cover the following:
- Level II background
- State exam fees
Once an ELIGIBLE background check is received and case manager with contact the candidate to schedule an interview to discuss career interests. After successful completion of the interview student will enrollment in our 2-week C.N.A Program. Students are required to attend 2 clinical training’s per week until a test date is received.
